Hailey Hersant 5’3, Point Guard/Shooting Guard (2 Yrs Experience CYS) 9^th Grade

She has great shooting mechanics needs to continue with same shooting drills, can shoot off dribble, catch and shoot average.  Dribbles with purpose and under control both ways, and can finish from any direction.  Sees the floor well for her age, with training/experience will only get better.  Passes with either hand, tends to dribble first before looking to pass. Okay rebounder needs to box out better, great attitude and team player, works hard, needs some work on better quickness to the ball.  Sets good screens both on and off ball, Solid defense on the ball, understand all concepts of defense, can improve communication on defense and off the ball does understand help and recover and transitions okay to defense. Will improve with experience, work ethic are solid but need continue work on the fundamentals of the game. Great potential as a shooting and point guard. (Overall Evaluation: Solid for her age)
